Our frontline representatives—Odin Ambassadors—operate on the ground at high-security job sites to enforce compliance, support onboarding, and ensure site security. The Operations Manager will lead these Ambassadors and serve as a strategic link between field execution and company leadership.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee the deployment, performance, and training of Odin Ambassadors across multiple high-stakes job sites. This role requires operational leadership, strategic planning, and strong communication across diverse stakeholders—from tradespeople to senior executives.The ideal candidate is a former U.S. Army or Marine Corps Non-Commissioned Officer with experience managing distributed teams and leading in high-pressure environments. Candidates with prior law enforcement supervisory experience are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Oversight
- Manage Odin Ambassadors across multiple projects in coordination with site partners and Odin leadership
- Supervise field team schedules, assignments, and quality of service
- Conduct hiring, onboarding, and field training for new Ambassador staff
- Set and enforce operational standards and best practices
Operational Execution and Compliance Support
- Ensure consistent execution of Odin platform protocols in the field, including worker credential verification, access control, and onboarding
- Oversee incident management procedures and site reporting
- Collaborate with Odin support and product teams to troubleshoot technical or operational issues
- Evaluate field performance and implement continuous improvement strategies
Client Coordination and Stakeholder Communication
- Act as primary point of contact for Odin field operations with general contractors, subcontractors, and owners
- Represent Odin professionally on job sites and in client meetings
- Deliver operational updates and site-level feedback to company leadership
- Communicate across organizational levels to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of operational leadership in construction, military, security, or field service environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to lead across diverse workforces and executive teams
- Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills
- Ability to travel extensively and work in dynamic jobsite environments
Preferred
- Former U.S. Military Non-Commissioned Officer (Army or Marine Corps strongly preferred)
- Law enforcement supervisory experience (Sergeant or higher)
- Familiarity with compliance in construction or infrastructure environments, including OSHA, Davis-Bacon, and PLA requirements
- Proficiency in platforms such as Procore, Autodesk, or Odin
- OSHA 30 or equivalent safety certification
- Spanish or other language proficiency
