The Role
We are hiring a Head of Operations to lead and scale Odin’s internal systems, customer delivery infrastructure, and financial operations. This executive role is critical to ensuring Odin runs with clarity, speed, and discipline during a period of sustained hyper-growth. This role spans both operational leadership and financial oversight. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive execution across the company, while building the foundational systems needed to support the business at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Execution
- Build and optimize internal systems for customer onboarding, implementation, and success
- Align cross-functional processes across sales, product, and engineering to drive operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track company performance
Finance & Accounting
- Lead Odin’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
- Manage internal and external accounting partners to ensure accuracy and financial discipline
- Prepare board-level reports, support investor relations, and guide financial readiness for Odin’s Series A
Strategic Growth
- Partner with the CEO to develop scalable strategies for delivery, customer success, and revenue operations
- Refine pricing models, margin structures, and cost controls as Odin expands into enterprise and multi-site deployments
- Build and lead the next stage of hiring across operations, customer delivery, and finance functions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of operational leadership in a dynamic growth environment, preferably in B2B SaaS or construction/infrastructure-related technology
- Proven experience managing finance and accounting operations, including oversight of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Demonstrated success in scaling beyond Series A
- Strong systems-thinking mindset and comfort with implementing tools, processes, and teams in fast-changing environments
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence; capable of aligning diverse stakeholders toward clear operational outcomes
- Detail-oriented, hands-on operator with a track record of execution in complex, multi-stakeholder businesses
