We are now building out a best-in-class financial infrastructure to support our expansion, and the Controller will play a critical role in that mission.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Controller to oversee the day-to-day accounting function, ensure financial accuracy, and prepare the company for investor scrutiny and audit-readiness. This is a foundational role in a fast-scaling company, reporting directly to the Head of Operations and working closely with leadership.
The Odin Ambassador serves as the on-site representative of Odin, operating with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring seamless compliance with site access protocols, credential verification, and workforce support. This role is a key interface between field operations and Odin’s centralized support structure, delivering training, compliance oversight, and first-line technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gate & Access Control: Monitor access protocols, verify credentials, and ensure compliance at gates and turnstiles using Odin's digital badge system
- Worker Onboarding: Train new workers and contractors on Odin's platform, assist with documentation and digital setup in multiple languages
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot access problems, resolve credential mismatches, and escalate unresolved issues through the support chain
- Brand Representation: Act as Odin's on-site presence, delivering professional customer service and collecting user feedback for product improvements
- Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate compliance protocols, streamline processes to reduce delays, and uphold Odin's service standards in the field
